Employee Identity Management
This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.
This page organizes access by person, providing a unified view of what each individual can reach across the entire environment.
Key Features
- Identity Mapping: Automatically links accounts from disparate systems to a single human identity using email (including Email Aliases) and name matching.
- Start Offboarding: Open the row menu of an active or onboarding employee, choose Start Offboarding, set the Effective Termination Date, and AutoCISO opens a lifecycle case listing every asset that needs its access revoked. Track the case under Lifecycle (JML).
- At Risk view: Click the At Risk card to see two watchlists: Dormant Access (30+ days inactive) and Stale Privileges (90+ days unreviewed), plus a table of the affected employees.
- Start onboarding: Owners and managers on a plan with Lifecycle Management can open the row menu of an active or onboarding employee and choose Start onboarding to create a joiner To-Do list for that person.
- Add manually / Import list: Add one employee by hand, or click Import list to upload a CSV file (up to 1 MB) with name, email, job_title and department columns, and optionally status.
- Employee Details: Click a row to open the details drawer. The Profile tab holds the person’s data; the Access History tab shows the recorded timeline of access changes and audit decisions.
- Export: Download the current view as CSV or PDF.
Employment Statuses
- ACTIVE: Currently employed and retains business access.
- TERMINATED: No longer part of the organization; should have no active access.
- ONBOARDING: New joiner currently being provisioned with access.
Example
If an employee moves from Engineering to Finance, you can use this page to verify that their previous engineering-specific permissions (like production AWS access) have been removed.
