Billing & Subscription
This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.
Manage your organization’s subscription plan, usage limits, and feature access. Owners open it from the user menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) → Billing & Subscription. Changes take effect immediately.
Plan & Usage Tab
View and change your current plan.
- Current Plan — Displays the active plan name and subscription status. Status values: active (billing running normally), trialing (within a free trial period), cancelled.
- Apps connected — Number of integrated identity sources (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD, etc.) against your plan’s maximum. Reaching the limit blocks new app connections until you upgrade or remove an existing one.
- Audits this month — Access review and audit runs consumed in the current billing cycle against your monthly allowance. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.
- AI assistant requests this month — AI assistant requests used against your monthly allowance.
- Plan cards — Each card shows the plan name, monthly price, and key limits (apps, audits/mo, AI requests/mo); your current plan is marked ● CURRENT. Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan immediately. Click Downgrade to open a “Downgrade to …” dialog that lists features you will lose and any limits that will decrease, then Confirm Downgrade — your data is preserved and fully restored if you upgrade again later.
- Feature Comparison table — A full matrix of every platform feature across all plans. A checkmark indicates inclusion; a dash indicates the feature is not available on that plan.
