Evidence Files on Manual Access and a Fix for Blank Pages After Updates
Evidence files on manual access records
Plans: All plans Where: Audits, Add Manually, and the Inventory under Access Versions: backend 2.6.0, console 2.5.0
Who benefits: the IT manager who records access that cannot be imported, and the auditor who wants proof.
When you record access by hand, you can now attach a proof file such as a screenshot of the admin console. The file name appears in the Evidence column, and anyone who can view the Access Inventory can download it.
How to use it
- Click Audits, then Add Manually.
- Fill in the access record and, under Evidence (optional), choose a PDF, image, CSV or XLSX file up to 10 MB.
- Click Add Access, then click the file name in the Evidence column to download it.
Full steps, including how to replace or remove a file, are in Attach evidence to a manual access record.
No more blank page after an update
Plans: Every plan Where: The whole console Versions: console 2.5.1
Who benefits: everyone who has AutoCISO open while we release an update.
Occasionally, a browser that was open during a release could show a blank page until you cleared its cache. That no longer happens. If you ever see a blank page after an update, reload the page once.
