Delete a question of a draft

DELETE /supplier-assessment-templates/{templateId}/questions/{questionId}

Remove a question and its options from a draft. The draft’s revision is optional: send it as an If-Match header or as {"revision": N} in an optional body of at most 4 KiB (otherwise 400 VALIDATION_FAILED) and a stale value fails with 409 STALE_REVISION. The question cannot be deleted while another question’s gating rule depends on it (409 QUESTION_REFERENCED, the dependants are in error.args.dependents), and the vendor-type (service-type) question that other questions are gated on can never be deleted (409 QUESTION_IS_GATING_TRIGGER). Structural write: 30 per token and hour. Requires the supplier_template:write scope (or a signed-in Owner, Manager or Contributor session).
