Questionnaire Editor
This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.
Edit one supplier questionnaire draft: question text in English, Russian and Hebrew, answer options, per-option risk points and findings, question weight (1–10), the required flag, whether “not applicable” is allowed, domain, linked ISO 27001 control IDs, and which supplier profiles (technology / non-technology) the question applies to.
Tabs
- Questions — the question tree and the editor panel for the selected question.
- Scoring matrix — every question’s weight, max points and share of the total score in one table.
- Translations — EN/RU/HE coverage and what still falls back to English.
- Versions — every published version, kept so an assessment’s original score stays reproducible.
Submit and publish
A contributor submits a draft for approval; a manager or the owner reviews the scoring impact and publishes it. A manager can’t approve a draft whose last edit was their own — someone else with a manager or owner role has to. The owner is exempt and can approve their own changes; it is recorded as self-approval in the audit trail.
Plan requirement
This page is only reachable when Supply Chain Security is on your plan (The Growth plan or higher). A locked tenant is sent back to the questionnaire list, which explains what editing requires.
Build the structure
Use Add section, Add question and Add option to build a questionnaire from scratch (up to 20 sections, 50 questions per section, 300 in total, 2–12 options per choice question). A question or answer that another question’s conditional rule depends on can’t be deleted until you change that rule, and the service-type question is locked. A draft that is waiting for approval, published, or built-in is read-only. Removing an answer that was a critical finding needs a written reason when you publish.
