Edit the title, description and modes of a draft

PATCH /supplier-assessment-templates/{templateId}/meta

Scope supplier_template:write Plan Growth+

Change the title, the description and the assessment modes of a draft. At least one field is required; a mode is a non-blank token of at most 64 characters. title and description replace the whole localised object. Send the draft’s revision in the body or as If-Match (optional here). An edit that changes nothing returns 200 and does not change the revision. Only a draft can be edited: published, archived and submitted versions answer 409 (TEMPLATE_PUBLISHED, TEMPLATE_ARCHIVED, TEMPLATE_SUBMITTED). Field edit: 120 per token and hour. Requires the supplier_template:write scope (or a signed-in Owner, Manager or Contributor session).

Errors

Status Code Retry Meaning
400 VALIDATION_FAILED no The JSON body does not match the request schema, or the revision is missing where required. code VALIDATION_FAILED.
401 INVALID_TOKEN no Missing (UNAUTHORIZED) or invalid, expired or revoked (INVALID_TOKEN) token.
402 FEATURE_GATED no The tenant plan does not include supply chain security. code FEATURE_GATED; args.feature, args.minTier, args.minTierName.
403 INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE no The token lacks supplier_template:write (INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE), has no accountable person (FORBIDDEN: this principal cannot edit questionnaires), or the target is the built-in questionnaire (BUILTIN_IMMUTABLE).
404 NOT_FOUND no Unknown or foreign-tenant questionnaire, version or clone source. code NOT_FOUND.
409 STALE_REVISION no The draft cannot take this edit. code STALE_REVISION (the draft changed since the revision sent; args.current holds the current document), or TEMPLATE_PUBLISHED, TEMPLATE_SUBMITTED or TEMPLATE_ARCHIVED (not a draft; args.current holds the document), or TEMPLATE_SIZE_LIMIT_REACHED.
