Review Queue
This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.
The Review Queue is a tab on the Access Audit page (open it from the sidebar under Access & Risk > Review Queue). It lists detections from your access imports that the AI could not match to an employee with enough confidence, so a person has to decide. Only owners and managers see it. The tab shows a red count of pending items.
What each row shows
Risk, Detected At, the Asset, the Raw Detection (name and email exactly as found in the file), the Suggested Employee, the Confidence of that match, the Reasons it needs review, the SLA deadline and the Owner. Rows are sorted by risk, highest first. Click the refresh button to reload.
Actions
Each row has four buttons; each opens a short confirmation:
- Approve Match — the suggested employee is correct.
- Classify as Service Account — the detection is a bot, integration or other non-human identity.
- Remap to Other — pick the correct employee with Select Correct Employee.
- Reject/Ignore — mark the detection as an ignored item. It is hidden in future audits.
Best Practices
- Work the highest-risk rows first.
- Use Remap to Other rather than Reject/Ignore when the person exists in your directory under a different name or email.
- The dialogs have no comment field, so keep any context in your ticketing or audit notes.
