Audit Readiness Score
This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.
The Readiness Score is a 0–100 estimate of how prepared your ISMS is for a Stage 1 or Stage 2 ISO 27001 audit. Click Refresh Score to recalculate it from your current data.
What Lowers the Score
- Scope statement not signed (blocking)
- Statement of Applicability not signed (blocking)
- Missing controls (reduces the score in proportion to how many controls are missing)
- Open nonconformities from internal audits (blocking)
- Stale evidence (warning)
- Overdue access reviews (warning)
- Policy acknowledgment rate below 80% (warning)
Score Interpretation
- 80–100 (Ready): Audit-ready. Proceed with scheduling your Stage 2 audit.
- 60–79 (Mostly ready): Minor gaps remain. Address blocking issues and warnings before the audit.
- Below 60 (Not ready): Significant gaps exist. Work through the roadmap and prioritize remediation.
Blocking Issues
Critical gaps that must be resolved before Stage 2. Each blocking issue links to the page where you can fix it.
Warnings
Non-blocking issues that may lead to observations or minor nonconformities. Address these after the blocking issues.
