User Access Review Status

This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.

User Access Review (UAR) Status

This report tracks the completion progress of your access review tasks across all assets and reviewers. Periodic access reviews are required by ISO 27001, SOC 2, and most internal access policies.

Review cycle

By default the counts cover the current cycle: review tasks created in the last 90 days, plus older tasks that are still pending. Turn on Show history for all-time counts. The Overdue Tasks table always lists every overdue pending task, and PDF always exports the current cycle.

Key Metrics

  • Total Tasks: Review tasks in the current cycle.
  • Pending Tasks: Tasks not yet actioned by reviewers.
  • Completed Tasks: Tasks that were approved. Rejected and remapped tasks are not counted here.
  • Overall Completion: Completed Tasks as a percentage of Total Tasks.

Progress by Asset

The asset-level progress bars show which systems are behind schedule. Each bar counts every task that is no longer pending (approved, rejected or remapped), so it can be higher than Overall Completion. Assets with the lowest progress come first.

Overdue Tasks Table

Lists pending tasks that are past their due date: Reviewer (or “Unassigned”), Asset, Subject being reviewed, Status, Days Overdue (red at 14 or more days) and Risk. Use this to prioritize escalations.

Actions

Export the overdue list with CSV or PDF to give auditors a UAR completion report.
