Board Packs and advisory templates

Two things you hand to or reuse across clients: the Board Pack, a periodic report for a client’s leadership, and Advisory Templates, reusable checklists that become open actions for the clients you choose.

Before you start

  • Board Pack: Partner Owners and Partner Managers can generate, edit, export and send. Report recipients are set by a Partner Owner in Partner Settings first.
  • Advisory Templates: both roles can browse and apply; only Partner Owners can create, edit and delete.

Board Pack

The Board Pack (reference) is a draft written for one client from the data the portal holds about it. The page header shows the client’s name.

Generate a draft

  1. Open the client’s Board Pack page.
  2. Choose the period: Last 30 days, Last 60 days, Last 90 days or Custom range.
  3. Click Generate Draft. Progress reads “Collecting data…”, “Analyzing findings…”, “Drafting report…”.

The report has six sections: Executive Summary, Readiness Trend, Top Open Risks, Resolved Since Last Report, Remediation Priorities and Evidence & Audit Readiness. A Third-Party Risk Posture block shows supplier indicators (Critical missing, High-risk, Overdue, Open findings) or “No third-party risk data available for this period.”

The draft carries an AI draft badge. Edit any section in place, then click Save draft; the badge changes to Edited and the page confirms Saved. Click Regenerate to start over with fresh data.

Export or send

Action What it does
Copy as Markdown Copies the report text
PDF Downloads the report as a PDF, with your firm’s logo and brand colour from Partner Settings
Send to Client Emails the PDF to the client’s recipients

In the Send report to dialog, check Recipients, Reply-to and Last sent, then click Send Report. The button then reads “Sent” with the time.

  • Recipients and the reply-to address come from Partner Settings → Client Delivery. If no recipients are saved, Send to Client is disabled (“Add recipient emails in settings first”).
  • You can send the same report up to 3 times in 24 hours.

Advisory Templates

Advisory Templates (reference) sits under Library in the portal menu. A template is a named list of steps. Applying it to clients creates one open action per step in each chosen client’s Action Queue.

Use the type filter (All types, Review Cadence, Offboarding Checklist, Evidence Blueprint, Compliance Preset, Remediation Playbook) to browse. Each card shows its step count and “Applied N times”, and an AI-generated tag when it was drafted by AI.

Apply a template

  1. Open Advisory Templates and click Apply on a template.
  2. In Apply template to clients, select the clients. Only clients in your portfolio are listed (“No organizations in your portfolio.” otherwise).
  3. Optionally add Notes (for example “Q2 review prep”).
  4. Click Apply to N clients. A toast confirms “Template applied to N clients.”

Create or edit a template (Partner Owner)

  1. Click New Template (or Edit on an existing one).
  2. Fill in Template name (required), Type (required) and an optional Description and Tags.
  3. Under Steps, click Add step. For each step set the Step title, Category (Identity, Access, Offboarding, Evidence, Compliance), Severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low) and Description. At least one step is required; Remove step deletes one.
  4. Click Create template (or Save template).

Delete removes a template after confirmation (“This cannot be undone.”).
