Administer your partner firm
These screens run the firm itself rather than the client work. Open them from the menu at the top of the portal sidebar (your firm’s name and logo); the Referral Program and Invite Center items sit there too.
Before you start
- Partner Settings, User Management and Billing & Subscription are for Partner Owners only. A Partner Manager who opens them is sent to Referral Program.
- The Referral Program page can be opened by both roles, but the menu link is shown to Partner Owners, and only Partner Owners can regenerate the code.
- For what each role can do everywhere else, see Overview.
Partner Settings
Partner Settings (reference) has two tabs.
Firm & Branding
This is the identity your clients see in the portal and in Board Pack reports.
- Open Partner Settings → Firm & Branding.
- Set the Firm name (shown in the navigation and client reports).
- Set the Brand color (a hex colour used for accents in client-facing reports).
- Click Upload Logo to add the Firm logo (PNG, SVG or JPEG, up to 2 MB). Remove Logo deletes it.
- Click Save changes. The page confirms Saved.
Welcome tour has a Replay welcome tour button that reopens the setup wizard shown when you first joined.
Client Delivery
Chooses who receives each client’s board report.
- Open Partner Settings → Client Delivery. Every connected client has its own row (“No client organizations enrolled yet.” if none).
- In Report recipients, enter the email addresses that should receive the board pack for that client.
- Optionally set Reply-to email. If left blank it defaults to your account email.
- Click Save on that client’s row.
Without saved recipients, Send to Client on the Board Pack is disabled.
User Management
User Management (reference) lists your firm’s team: each member’s role, a you marker next to your own entry and a Pending tag for people who have not joined yet.
- Open User Management and click Invite user.
- Enter the colleague’s Email address (for example colleague@firm.com).
- Choose the Role: Partner Owner or Partner Manager.
- Click Send invite.
To remove someone, use Remove user on their row and confirm “Are you sure you want to remove this member?”. A new firm shows “No team members yet”.
A person can belong to one partner firm at a time. Roles are explained on Roles and permissions.
Billing and Subscription
Billing & Subscription (reference) shows your own AutoCISO subscription as a partner:
- Current plan with its status (Active, Trial, Past due, Canceled or Inactive) and the renewal date.
- Managed organizations: how many clients are managed, against the organisations included in your plan.
- Managed Discount: your Discount Tier and how many Eligible managed orgs count towards it, or “No discount yet”.
- Invoice history with a View invoice link per invoice (“No invoices yet.” before the first one).
Click Manage plan to change your plan. The managed discount applies to the clients you manage; it does not apply to your firm’s own subscription. For which plan includes the Partner Portal, see Plans and features.
Referral Program
Referral Program (reference) is for customers you bring to AutoCISO who then pay AutoCISO directly. It is also where a Partner Owner with no clients yet lands.
- Open Referral Program from the menu at the top of the portal sidebar.
- Copy Your Referral Link (a QR code is shown too) and share it with prospects.
- When they sign up through it and subscribe, they show up under Attribution History with columns Organization, Status (Pending, Active or Churned), Signed Up, Last Payment and Your Earnings.
Totals at the top: Total Earnings, Active Clients and Pending Clients. The page states the payout rate that applies to you.
Regenerate code (Partner Owners) creates a new link. Old links stop attributing new sign-ups to you and this cannot be undone, so you are asked to confirm with Yes, regenerate.
Each client organisation is on either the referral track or the managed track, never both.
