# Work across your clients
URL: https://docs.autociso.io/product/partner/manage-portfolio/
Description: Use the Dashboard, Portfolio, Action Queue and Health Timeline to see which client organisations need attention, work through their open actions and step into a client's workspace.

Once clients are [connected](https://docs.autociso.io/product/partner/connect-clients/), these screens answer "where should I spend my time this week?" Start on the **Dashboard**, drill into a client from **Portfolio**, and work the combined to-do list in **Action Queue**.

## Before you start

- **Roles:** Partner Owners and Partner Managers can use every screen on this page. See [Overview](https://docs.autociso.io/product/partner/overview/#who-can-do-what).
- **Two clients:** **Portfolio** and **Action Queue** are greyed out in the menu until your firm manages at least two client organisations. Until then, opening Portfolio sends you to **Referral Program**.

## Dashboard

The **Dashboard** ([reference](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/partner-dashboard/)) is the portal's home page. It shows:

- **Portfolio Hotspots:** the clients that need you most, with columns **Organization**, **Critical**, **Open Actions** and **AI Priority** (a one-line reason). **View All** opens Portfolio.
- **Referral Revenue:** **Total Earnings**, **Active** referred customers and **Payout**, with **View Referrals**.
- **Report Status:** how many board reports are **Generating**, **Ready**, or **Due**, with **View Orgs**.
- **Pending Invites** (Partner Owners only): "\{n\} org invites waiting for your acceptance", with a shortcut to the **Invite Center**.

If there are no clients yet, Portfolio Hotspots says so.

## Portfolio

**Portfolio** ([reference](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/portfolio/)) shows one card per client, with a count of clients in the header and the time of the **Last refreshed** data.

1. Open **Portfolio** in the portal menu.
2. Use **Sort by** to order the cards by **Priority** (clients with critical findings first, then by number of open actions), **Name**, **Risk Score** or **Last Updated**.
3. Use the filter to show **All clients**, only the ones that **Need attention**, or only the ones **On track**. A card marked **Stale** has data that has not refreshed recently.
4. Click **Refresh** to reload the data.

Each card has three buttons:

| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Open Timeline** | Opens the client's [Health Timeline](#health-timeline) |
| **View Actions** | Opens the [Action Queue](#action-queue) |
| **Full Context** | Signs you in to the client's own AutoCISO organisation so you can work in it directly |

If any client has an AI suggestion, a **This week's focus** panel above the cards lists them.

To stop managing a client, open **More actions** on its card and choose **Remove from portfolio**. You must type the client's name to confirm. This deletes the summaries, action items, AI recommendations and reports the portal stored for the client; the client's organisation is not affected and can be added again.

## Action Queue

**Action Queue** ([reference](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/action-queue/)) combines the open actions of all your clients into one list.

1. Open **Action Queue** in the portal menu. A red badge on the menu item counts clients with critical findings.
2. Narrow the list with **Filter by client**, **Category** (**Identity**, **Access**, **Offboarding**, **Evidence**, **Compliance**) and **Severity**.
3. On an action, click **Open in** the client's name to go to that client's Health Timeline, **Snooze 7 days** to hide it for now, or **Mark resolved**.

The queue is empty when all clients are on track ("No open actions"). Actions come from two places: findings the portal detects in each client (including third-party risk items such as an overdue supplier reassessment), and steps created when you [apply an advisory template](https://docs.autociso.io/product/partner/deliverables/#advisory-templates).

**Note — Mark resolved currently behaves like a snooze**

In the current console, **Mark resolved** hides the action in the same way as **Snooze 7 days**. Fix the underlying issue in the client's organisation (use **Full Context** from Portfolio); the action stops coming back once the portal no longer detects the problem.

## Health Timeline

The **Health Timeline** ([reference](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/org-timeline/)) is one client's history, newest first.

1. On **Portfolio**, click **Open Timeline** on a client (or click the client's name under **Managed Clients** in the menu).
2. Read the **Signal Digest** (**Since your last review**), a summary of the signals since you last looked.
3. Scan the events. Each carries a tag such as **SCORE ▲**, **SCORE ▼**, **ALERT**, **RESOLVED**, **OFFBOARD**, **EXPIRED**, **EVIDENCE**, **ENROLLED**, **REVIEWED** or **AUDIT**. An empty period shows "No events in this period".
4. Click **Mark as reviewed** when you are done. The page then shows "Last reviewed" with the date, and the next digest starts from that moment. A client you never reviewed shows "Not yet reviewed".

**Open in full context** takes you into the client's organisation, like **Full Context** on Portfolio.

## Partner Compliance

**Partner Compliance** ([reference](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/compliance/)) compares your clients' compliance posture side by side: **Client**, **Posture Score**, **Failed Controls**, **Overdue Exceptions** and **Avg MTTR** (average time to resolve). Click a row for details.

- It is included with The Scale plan; on other plans the page shows "This feature is not available on your current plan." See [Plans and features](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/plans-and-features/).
- The menu has no link to it yet; it opens at `/partner/compliance` in the console.
- **Bulk Export** appears when you tick clients. It accepts up to 10 at once ("You can export up to 10 clients at once.").

## AI Assistant

**AI Assistant** at the bottom of the portal menu opens a chat panel labelled **Portfolio view**. Ask it about your clients, risks or what to prioritise this week ("Ask about your portfolio...").
