## Security Roadmap

The roadmap turns your current compliance state into a phased plan of security work. [Owners and Managers](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/roles-and-permissions/) click **Generate Roadmap** to collect [ISO gap controls](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/gap-analysis/), [risks](https://docs.autociso.io/console/risk/register/), audit findings, [evidence gaps](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/evidence/) and remediation tasks; each item is enriched with an AI analysis. Everyone with access can view the roadmap. [The vCISO Workspace](https://docs.autociso.io/product/posture/vciso-workspace/) is part of [The Seed plan or higher](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/plans-and-features/).

### Phases
- **Quick Wins**: low-effort items that reduce risk fast.
- **Structural**: changes to processes and controls.
- **Advanced Maturity**: longer-term improvements.

Use the tabs to switch between phases and the filter to show one status (Open, In Progress, Blocked, Done or Won't Fix).

Click an item to see its business impact, source record, suggested owner and due date. Items that are overdue or blocked are flagged. Owners and Managers can change the status, due date and notes of an item, or delete it. The **Recommended Focus Areas** panel shows AI suggestions once a roadmap exists.
