The Risk Register lists every risk in your organization with its score, strategy, status, estimated loss, owner and next review date.

### Features

- **Domain pills**: risks are grouped into Access, Compliance, Vulnerability, Resilience and Assets. Click a pill to see that domain's summary.
- **Search & filters**: search by text, then filter by domain, strategy (Accept, Minimize, Avoid / Transfer) and status. **Clear filters** resets them.
- **Status**: Active, Awaiting review, Mitigated, Accepted, Avoided or Closed.
- **Open a risk**: click a row to open [its record](https://docs.autociso.io/console/risk/record/).
