The Risk Record page shows one risk in full: what it is, how it was scored and what you decided to do about it.

### Sections
- **Header**: title, domain, selected strategy (Accept, Minimize or Avoid / Transfer) and the risk score.
- **Description** and **Strategy rationale**: why the risk exists and why you chose the strategy.
- **Risk metrics**: probability, impact, estimated loss and cost to minimize.
- **Details**: owner, next review date, domain, AI confidence, residual risk score and cost to avoid or transfer.
- **AI Summary**: a short AI-written summary, when available.
- **Change history**: who changed what, and when.
