### Sections
- **Core information**: title, description, domain, owner, next review date and control area.
- **Risk scoring**: Probability and Impact (1 to 5), which give the risk score, plus Estimated loss, Cost to minimize and Cost to avoid/transfer in USD.
- **Risk strategy**: choose Accept, Minimize or Avoid / Transfer and explain why in the strategy rationale.
- **AI Strategy Preview**: click **Run Preview** to get an AI strategy recommendation before you decide.

Click **Save** to keep the draft, or [**Finalize & add to register**](https://docs.autociso.io/console/risk/register/) to publish the risk.
