The Quick Risk Form is a short, structured way to add a risk. You describe the risk and score it, and AI recommends a treatment strategy.

### Steps
1. **What is the risk?** Enter a title (required), description, domain, control area, owner and next review date.
2. **How likely and how bad?** Pick the Probability (Rare to Almost certain) and Impact (Negligible to Catastrophic) levels, each with a short explanation. You can also enter Estimated loss and Cost to minimize.
3. **Additional context**: add anything else that helps the recommendation.
4. Click **Run Preview** to see the AI strategy recommendation.
5. Click **Save** to [keep a draft](https://docs.autociso.io/console/risk/workspace/), or [**Finalize & add to register**](https://docs.autociso.io/console/risk/register/) to publish the risk.
