# Data Processors

The DPO view of [suppliers that handle personal data](https://docs.autociso.io/console/directory/suppliers/) on your behalf. A supplier appears here when it is tagged as handling PII or PHI. Available on [The Scale plan](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/plans-and-features/).

### Columns and Filters
- **DPA Status** — whether a signed Data Processing Agreement is on file (Signed, Missing or None).
- **Transfer Mechanism** — the legal basis for cross-border transfers (SCC, Adequacy, DPF, BCR or Not set).
- **Score** — the latest [supplier assessment score](https://docs.autociso.io/product/suppliers/assessments/) (0–100) with its rating.
- **Sub-processors** — the number of sub-processors declared by the supplier.
- Search by name, or filter by data exposure (PII, PHI, card data), DPA status and transfer mechanism.

### Open a Processor
Click a row to open the **Data Processor — DPO View** with the tabs Risk Profile, Privacy & GDPR, Assurance and Assessments. [Owners and Managers](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/roles-and-permissions/) can click **Edit DPO Profile** to set the transfer mechanism, data locations (country codes), privacy contact email, breach notice SLA, data deletion assistance and sub-processors. Other roles see it read-only.

### Supplier Questionnaire
Click **Download Questionnaire** to get a [blank supplier questionnaire](https://docs.autociso.io/product/suppliers/questionnaires/) as a PDF (short or full, in your chosen language) to send to a supplier for offline completion.
