The Partner Dashboard is the first screen of the Partner Portal. It gives you a one-page summary of your client portfolio so you can see where to spend your time today.

### What you see
- **Portfolio Hotspots** — client organizations that need attention, with their **Critical** and **Open Actions** counts and an **AI Priority** reason. **View All** opens the [Portfolio](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/portfolio/).
- **Referral Revenue** — **Total Earnings**, **Active** referrals and your **Payout**. **View Referrals** opens the [Referral Program](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/referrals/).
- **Report Status** — how many client reports are **Generating**, **Ready** or **Due**. **View Orgs** takes you to your clients.
- **Pending Invites** — client organizations waiting for you to accept access. **Invite Center** opens the [list of invitations](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/invite-center/).

If you have no clients yet, the hotspots list says so; add one from the Portfolio page. Partner Owners and Partner Managers can open the dashboard; see [Roles & Permissions](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/roles-and-permissions/) for the difference.
