The Health Timeline shows what has changed for one client organization over time: score changes, alerts, offboarding, expiring items, new evidence and audits. Open it from **Open Timeline** on the client's card in the [Portfolio](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/portfolio/).

### What you see
- **Since your last review** — an AI summary of what happened since you last looked.
- **Signal Digest** — the number of signals since the last review.
- Event rows tagged with badges such as **SCORE ▲**, **SCORE ▼**, **ALERT**, **RESOLVED**, **REVIEW**, **OFFBOARD**, **EXPIRED**, **EVIDENCE**, **ENROLLED**, **REVIEWED** and **AUDIT**. If nothing happened you see **No events in this period**.

### Actions
- **Mark as reviewed** — records the review; the page then shows **Last reviewed** with the date (or **Not yet reviewed**).
- **Open in full context** — switches into the client's own workspace.
- **Back to Portfolio** — returns to the list.

When you are ready to report to the client, continue to the [Board Pack](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/board-pack/).
