# Board Pack

The Board Pack is a ready-to-send report on one client's security and compliance posture. Open it from the client's card in the [Portfolio](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/portfolio/).

### Create a report
1. Choose a period: **Last 30 days**, **Last 60 days**, **Last 90 days** or **Custom range**.
2. Click **Generate Draft**. The page shows progress (**Collecting data...**, **Analyzing findings...**, **Drafting report...**).
3. Review and edit the sections: **Executive Summary**, **Readiness Trend**, **Top Open Risks**, **Resolved Since Last Report**, **Remediation Priorities** and **Evidence & Audit Readiness**. A **Third-Party Risk Posture** section is included when the client has supplier assessment data.
4. Click **Save draft**, or **Regenerate** to start over.

A badge shows the state of the text: **AI draft**, **Edited** or **Approved**.

### Share it
- **Copy as Markdown** copies the report text.
- **Send to Client** opens a dialog with **Recipients**, **Reply-to**, **Attachment** and **Last sent**. Click **Send Report** to send. A report can be sent up to 3 times in 24 hours.

Recipient emails are set per client in [Partner Settings](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/partner-settings/) under **Client Delivery**; if none are set, the dialog tells you to add them first.
