# Action Queue

The Action Queue collects open tasks and recommendations from all your client organizations in one list, so you do not have to open each client in turn.

### Filtering
Use **Filter by client**, **Category** (**Identity**, **Access**, **Offboarding**, **Evidence**, **Compliance**) and **Severity** to narrow the list.

### Working an item
- **Open in \{client name\}** — switches into that client's workspace to fix the issue.
- **Snooze 7 days** — hides the item for a week.
- **Mark resolved** — removes it from the queue.

Supplier assessment problems also show up here under **Compliance**, for example "Critical supplier has no completed assessment". When nothing is open you see **No open actions**: all clients are on track.

To see only one client's items, use **View Actions** on that client's card in the [Portfolio](https://docs.autociso.io/console/partner/portfolio/).
