This page manages your organization's ISO 27001 certificate, from upload through public verification and surveillance schedule tracking.

### Uploading Your Certificate
Drag your certificate PDF onto the upload area or click to browse (PDF only, up to 10 MB). AutoCISO's AI extracts the key fields automatically: organization, standard, scope, [certification body](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/certification-bodies/), certificate number, issue date and expiry date.

### Reviewing Extracted Data
Review each extracted field and correct any errors, then click **Confirm and save**. The confirmed data feeds the public verification page and surveillance reminders. The expiry date is estimated as issue date plus three years.

### Certificate Card
Once confirmed, the certificate is shown as a card with a **CERTIFIED** badge. Use **Download PDF** to save your certificate for RFPs and customer questionnaires.

### Public Verification
- Tick **Make publicly visible** to enable the public verification page. Until you do, the page returns 404.
- Share the link shown under **Public verification** (use **Copy**) so customers and partners can confirm your certification without logging in. **View public page** opens it.

### Surveillance Schedule
After certification you have two surveillance audits (**Surveillance Audit 1** and **Surveillance Audit 2**) and a **Recertification Audit** in year three. The **Surveillance schedule** section lists these milestones with their status, and AutoCISO emails reminders as dates approach. It also lists the ongoing ISMS activities to keep up: [continuous evidence collection](https://docs.autociso.io/console/operations/evidence-agent/), [quarterly access reviews](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/access-reviews/), an [annual backup and recovery test](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/backup-tests/), an [annual internal audit](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/internal-audits/) and an [annual management review](https://docs.autociso.io/console/iso/management-review/).
