# Supplier Questionnaires

Description: Manage the questionnaires sent to suppliers: view the built-in security & privacy questionnaire, clone it, and maintain your own tenant-owned copies.

*This is the help text the console shows in the help panel on this page.*

[Manage the questionnaires sent to suppliers](https://docs.autociso.io/product/suppliers/questionnaires/): view the built-in security & privacy questionnaire, clone it, and maintain your own tenant-owned copies.

### Statuses
- **Built-in** — maintained by AutoCISO, read-only. Every tenant has it, on every plan.
- **Draft** — an unpublished working copy. Suppliers keep getting the current published version until it is published.
- **Awaiting approval** — submitted by a contributor and waiting for [a manager or the owner to review](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/roles-and-permissions/) and publish it.
- **Published** — the version currently [sent on new assessments](https://docs.autociso.io/product/suppliers/assessments/).
- **Archived** — no longer offered for new assessments; assessments already sent are unaffected.

### Roles
- **Member / auditor** — read-only.
- **Contributor** — can clone a questionnaire, edit a draft, and submit it for approval.
- **Manager / owner** — review and publish a submission, set the tenant default, and archive a questionnaire. Administration follows publishing, not authoring.

### The approval queue
The *Awaiting approval* filter and the banner above the table show every questionnaire waiting on a manager or the owner. A sidebar badge on **Questionnaires** carries the same count for anyone who can publish, and stays until the draft leaves the *submitted* state.

### Plan requirement
Editing questionnaires (cloning, authoring, publishing) [requires The Growth plan or higher](https://docs.autociso.io/getting-started/plans-and-features/). On a lower plan the page still opens and shows the built-in questionnaire, read-only, with a panel explaining what The Growth plan adds.

### Start from scratch
Click **New questionnaire** to create a blank draft instead of cloning the built-in one. You can keep up to 50 questionnaires.
